Approx. 70% of the ink cartridges that get turned in are reused
but only 20% of the ink cartridges that we purchase get turned
in for reuse/recycling.
Over 600 million ink
cartridges (inkjets) go in the trash every year, year after
year and never get turned into reuse and recycling programs.
Remanufactured cartridges are in increasingly higher demand, so
your empties do get used in a sustainable way.
Cartridges that cannot be reused are recycled responsibly as
scrap plastic.

cartridge takes one third of the natural resources and energy to
make compared to new.
Remanufactured
cartridges cost as much as 50% less than OEM cartridges for
consumers.
Quality of
remanufactured makes them a good alternative.
Inkjets are one of
the easiest things to remanufacture and could make a big
difference in reuse, if more of the OEM's got returned.
